The Hawaian heritage-

Duane has been a memeber of the OXBOW family since 1993. Born in 1977 in Hawaii, he soon became a pioneer in longboarding and projected the image of Hawaiian surfing all over the world.

In 2009, Duane created his Na Kama Kai association which enabled Hawaii’s most disadvantaged children to learn about surfing and the world of the ocean.
His advanced level and commitment to this sport enabled him to win the highly-prized World Longboard Championship in 2010 at Makaha, the cradle of Hawaiian surfing. His authentic knowledge of Hawaiian culture make Duane the perfect ambassador for OXBOW.
